Spa Policies

At Studio 824, I love and appreciate all of my clients.  In order to better service you, below is a list of policies that apply to all of my clients.  Please read these before you schedule your appointment.

Before your appointment:

I will email you a consultation form after you have scheduled your appointment.  Please fill it out and submit it prior to your appointment start time.  If you choose not to complete this form, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

My spa is located inside Brookfield Office Plaza on 28th Street.  Once you arrive, if the door is locked please call or text 616-965-1654 and I will open the door for you.  I may be with a client, so please be patient and I will let you in as soon as possible.

Cancellation policy:

Please be considerate and notify me if you will not be able to make your appointment.  You are able to cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.  If you do not cancel before this time, a fee of 50% of the service price will be due.  If you no show your appointment, a fee of 100% of the service price will be due.

Late policy:

Please be on time for your appointment.  I understand that sometimes it may be unavoidable, but depending on the circumstances that time will be deducted from your service time.  This is done so that I can make sure any other clients are not pushed back. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and you will be charged 100% of the service price.

Age policy:

All clients must be at least 18 years of age.  Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian in the room during the entire service, and the parent or guardian must sign a consent form before the service begins.

Price policy:

Prices are subject to change at any time, without notice.  Please refer to my website for the current, correct price list.

Monetary policy:

I accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, and Studio 824 gift cards.  No checks. 

Refund policy:

All service and gift card sales are final.  Retail items may be returned  in unused condition and in its original packaging for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.  Any retail items that are used may be refunded for a 50% refund  within 7 days of purchase.
